03 Feb Oddie Wells Project Update Feb 2, 2022

Dear Stakeholder:
 
Construction will begin on El Rancho Drive between Greenbrae Drive and Oddie Boulevard beginning Monday, February 7 through mid-March. During construction, a minimum of one paved lane will be open in each direction with left turn lanes at all the signalized intersections. Short traffic delays may occur during grinding, base and paving operations.

If possible, alternate routes are recommended. Access will be maintained to all properties during construction; however, temporary driveway closures up to one hour or more may occur during certain construction activity (for example, during pavement removal or replacement in the street at your driveway).  The contractor (Granite Construction) will notify affected properties within 18-24 hours in advance of driveway closures.
