16 Sep Oddie Wells Project Update: Intermittent Closures

The Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of Washoe County and Granite Construction will intermittently close the south side of Oddie Boulevard at the intersections of Silverada Boulevard, El Rancho Drive and Sullivan Lane on Wednesday, September 20 while crews pulverize existing pavement.

In addition, crews will close the south side of the Silverada Boulevard intersection on Thursday, September 21. They will close the south side of the El Rancho Drive and Sullivan Lane intersections from Friday, September 22 through Tuesday, September 26. The half-intersection closures will allow Granite Construction to install a cement-treated base as part of paving operations.

The RTC is reminding the traveling public to use extra caution in and around the construction zone, to take the alternative routes, and follow the speed limit for everyone’s safety.
