13 Oct Phase 4 – Traffic Swap

Traffic on Wells Ave. is restricted to one lane in each direction between I-80 and Sutro St. while crews install storm drains on Phase 4 of the Oddie Wells Project. The traffic configuration should last through the project’s completion in August 2024.
