22 Jan Update from the Project Manager

Happy New Year! 

As we inch toward the close of the first month of 2024, I want to provide with you a project overview and look ahead.  

The construction progress has been steady and promising over the past few months. 

I’m thrilled to report we have successfully completed paving the mainline and cycle track up to Sutro Street in Reno, and we are well on track according to our outlined schedule. Our dedicated team has been working diligently to ensure  the project meets its objectives while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

I am so grateful to our many partners – including the business owners and residents along the project corridor – for their continued support, collaboration, and contributions to this project’s success. Their unwavering commitment has been instrumental in overcoming obstacles and keeping the project momentum strong.

During this winter, the construction team will continue working mostly on Phase 4 installing storm drain, signal and light conduit and concrete flatwork.
